Privacy Policy

Effective July 31, 2026
Elevated Executive Inc, doing business as Elevated Exec
6895 East Camelback Road, Suite 3001, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251, United States

In plain language

You tell us a lot in an engagement: your compensation, why you are leaving, what you actually think of your own leadership. We do not sell any of it, and we never have.

There is one deliberate exception, and it is the thing you are paying for. When we introduce you to a recruiter, we share what makes the introduction work. Section 4 spells out exactly what that means and how to limit it.

We never see your full card number. You can ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold on you, or ask us to delete it.

What we do not do

4.Introductions to recruiters, the disclosure that matters most

Making introductions is the product you are buying, and it necessarily involves sharing information about you. We want this to be the clearest paragraph in the document.

What we share

When we introduce you to an executive recruiter, a search firm, or a contact in our network, we share what is necessary to make the introduction land. In practice that means your name, your background and track record, your current situation, your target roles and sectors, your geography, and your timing. It may include your résumé and your compensation expectations where the recruiter needs them to assess fit.

Who receives it

Named executive recruiters, retained search firms, and individual contacts we select for relevance to your search. We do not distribute your information to a list, a database, a job board, or an aggregator.

How to limit it

Tell us in writing, before introductions begin, what you do not want passed along. Common examples are your current employer, your compensation, or the fact that you are looking at all. We will honor it. You may also withdraw from introductions at any point by emailing john@elevatedexec.com.

Once it has been shared

A recruiter who receives your information becomes an independent controller of it and handles it under their own privacy practices. We cannot retrieve or delete information already shared with them, though we will tell you who received what so you can contact them directly.

Outreach sent on your behalf

In a Mapping engagement, John may send outreach under his own name to contacts in your Market Matrix. That outreach identifies you and describes your candidacy. You approve the approach before it begins.

5.Who else we share information with

Service providers

We use vendors who process information on our instructions and are bound to protect it:

ProviderWhat it handles
Stripe, Inc.Payment processing, receipts, invoicing, and fraud screening

Legal and safety

We disclose information where we are required to by law, valid legal process, or a governmental request, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person. Where we are lawfully able to notify you first, we will.

Business transfer

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you, and the recipient will remain bound by this policy or a policy no less protective, until you are told otherwise.

With your direction

We share information anywhere else only when you ask us to.

WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND WE DO NOT SHARE IT FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

6.How long we keep it

InformationRetention
Assessment responses and score, where no purchase follows 24 months from completion, then deleted
Engagement records, session notes, and deliverables 7 years from the end of the engagement, to support the guarantee, resolve disputes, and meet record keeping obligations
Transaction and accounting records 7 years, as required by tax and corporate law
Marketing contact details Until you unsubscribe, then a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again
Website analytics and logs 26 months

Where you ask us to delete information, we do so unless we are required to keep it, in which case we tell you which category applies and for how long.

7.Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third party ad networks on the Site.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working.

Do Not Track

Browsers send a Do Not Track signal that has no agreed standard meaning. We do not respond to it. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing, though as stated above we do not sell or share personal information.

Email measurement

Our emails may contain a small pixel that tells us whether the message was opened. Disabling image loading in your email client prevents this.

8.How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls limited to those who need the information, reputable vendors with their own security programs, and separation of payment data so that card numbers never touch our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it, without undue delay.

Please help us by using a unique password on any account you create with our providers and by telling us promptly if you believe someone has gained access to your information.

9.Your rights and how to use them

Everyone

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we no longer need, or stop sending you marketing. Write to john@elevatedexec.com.

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, you have the right to know what we collect, use, and disclose; to delete personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to opt out of sale or sharing, which does not apply to us because we do neither; to limit the use of sensitive personal information, which we do not collect; and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you a service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority.

United Kingdom and European Economic Area

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom. We would appreciate the chance to address it first.

Other jurisdictions

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, including the right to appeal a refusal. We apply the same process to everyone.

How we handle a request

10.International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our service providers are principally located there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not offer the same level of protection as your home country.

Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with appropriate technical and organizational measures. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing us.

11.Children

Our Services are for senior executives and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to john@elevatedexec.com and we will delete it promptly.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took force. If we make a material change, we will post notice on the Site and, where we hold your email address and the change affects you, tell you directly before it takes effect. Dated prior versions are available on request.
